August 23, 2012 marks the 4th Annual A&W Cruisin' For a Cause. Looking for a way you and your friends can help A&W raise money for the MS Society of Canada?

For every RSVP to the Official Cruisin' For a Cause Day Facebook event page, A&W will donate $0.50. Its super easy to do, click on the link provided below. Once you have logged into your account click Join. Invite all your friends and together we will End MS!

A&W Cruisin’ for a Cause – Make a Difference all Summer Long!

 
On August 23rd A&W Restaurants across Canada will be donating $1 from every Teen Burger sale to the MS Society of Canada. We hope to see everyone out at their local restaurants enjoying a tasty teen burger.

But did you know that you can be helping A&W raise money all summer long? Head over to your local A&W to donate $1 for the Cruisin' for a Cause cut-out. Sign your name or write a catchy phrase. Stores will be posting the cut-outs daily all around the store.

We’ve been SNAP’d

The MS Society of Canada, Durham Regional Chapter was SNAP'd in the Month of May and June for Durham Regions MS Walks and the MS Carnations Campaign over the Mother's Day Weekend.

On April 22, 2012 Walkers from Ajax/Pickering, Bowmanville, Oshawa/Whitby, and Uxbridge came out to raise money for the MS Society of Canada. Below are photos from each walk, to veiw more photos from each walk please click on the photo.

             

 

The carnation. It's Canada's oldest and most recognized symbol of hope in the quest to end multiple sclerosis. Many Canadians living with multiple sclerosis are mothers. Others, either children or adults, have mothers affected by this disease because women are diagnosed with MS three times as often as men. That's why every year the MS Carnation Campaign takes place over Mother's Day weekend
