National Mobility Awareness is excited to celebrate their second annual National Mobility Awareness Month where they will give away three customized wheelchair accessible vehicles to Local Heroes that embody the spirit of Life Moving Forward.
Whether you’re living with a disability, or caring for someone that is, they want to hear your story at www.mobilityawarenessmonth.com. Tell them how you have overcome the challenges of living with a disability by volunteering, educating, advocating, achieving or persevering in a 400-word story or 2-minute video.
Voting has just begun and continues through May 10, 2013. The sooner you enter the longer your family and friends will have to share and vote for your story. For more information about the program and for rules and regulations, please visit www.mobilityawarenessmonth.com.
